PAY PAL activation in singapore?

Hi..guys please help me with this..Im from Singapore and I want to sign up for a pay pal account. Whenever I ended up signing..the website will prompt me a blank “pay pal” page??
After checking ,actually they did not activate my pay pal account and I don’t know why….??
Currently I,m interested in internet online marketting thus they need pay pal for it…..please guys help me with these and if can for those who are still in internet multi level marketing…can shed some lights on their experience?? Thanks…

Hello: Not every country has a banking system that is compatible with paypal.
If yours does, you will have to establish a bank account in your country. This account will permit Paypal to access and send funds to you.
If yours does not, you can get an On line Debit card, this will permit Paypal to get money to you, and you to get money to Paypal.
There are several programs that pay you to operate them on the Internet. (They do not pay much - but the little can be used well.) I have a program that I can explain if you send me a private message.
