I want to know how to fight a false temporary retraining order?

We were together for 11 years and have 2 kids,a 4 and 8 year old.we lived in Las Vegas for 6 years before returning to california.They don’t call it sin city for nothing,everything was going fine till she got brainwashed into a pyramid multi level marketing scam (PRIMERICA),I gave it a try and after a couple of meetings with her at this place i decided to tell her the truth how I felt about it.The everything bad and their good approach did’nt wotk with me,she told me a few months later she would kill her self if she did not pursue primerica,a few months later he bad existing hip problem got worse and was on a lot of prescription drugs.she moved back to calif.with the kids this last january,I followed and last week I end up with a restraining order because I simply took the kids back to Las Vegas for 4 days,I did this because she was acting very irrational,the sad part is she picked me and the kids up after returning and took me to my work where I was served,I lost my job because of it

she needs help think of your children’s safety. you should go to the police station and explain to them what’s going on and they can give you the info you need on where and what you can do.
those pyramids alway fall after a short time.. never never do them.. and they are illegal i think. anyway it sounds like you need to get a lawyer and get that worked out about the wife and kids.. please do not put the kids in the middle of any of this. kids dont need to be in adult issues. good luck
That sucks, you need to talk to a lawyer right away! Maybe you could have her committed if others are worried about her, then poof! You get the kids back and mom gets the help she needs. Please try to fix your marriage if you can. Plus, if you want the kids then get a job right away! They will not even consider you if you are not financially able. Good luck, Lisa
I was in the same situation a year ago. I found a website that helped a lot with fighting the restraining order, and getting ready for a divorce / custody battle.
one the problem is you crossed state line however if she has been in cali shorter than the required residency than you do have some leg to stand on you were returning to the place of residence with the kids 20/20 catch 22 if there are no legal papers filed divorce both have equal rights until that happens the biggest thing is to get an attorney quickly. They are the ones to advise you the best. because even a temporary restraining order if broken will land you right in jail do not pass go do not collect 200$ see a legal ad-visor on this matter.
Best way to fight it , is to Obey it, save yourself some jail time.
YOU HAVE TO GO TO COURT AND FIGHT IT AND YOU NEED WITNESSES DO IT ASAP
