This is a tough one in any market. First, I would find out exactly what in the past is the cause of this negative feedback from the market in which you operate. Secondly, take immediate measures to fix the problem…and take action to let the folks who you do business with know how you’ve fixed the problem.
Another smart thing to do is get close with the sales demo-graphic you market your business to. Ask them what you can do to earn their business. Folks are usually pretty clear about their expectations.
and finaly: keep your head up!!! Every corporation, business and human being hits a rough patch every once in a while - the important thing is to not give up while keeping in mind that if you keep doing the same things you’ll keep getting the same results.
First, find out exactly what went wrong.
Second, immediately apologize.
Third, fix the problems.
Fourth, offer to reimburse anyone for any loss.
Cover-ups and question dodging always create suspicion in the minds of others. People will forgive if you acknowledge what you did wrong and fix it. Think about how different the Clinton *** scandal would have been if he had just admitted what happened without “defining sex”, apologized and moved on.
