Most people do not look for computer repair or network support immediately. Typically, they look to friends and/or family first.

Only after that will they take a computer to get repaired. No one I know hires a company to help them with their wireless network.

In present there are many Computer engineer which u will find even at next door. so to solve so home based electronics problem there are lots of options. But if u want to find good and solution then typically people will move towards original company service provided. so men working with them.

Sensible people will use a search engine first to try and identify the problem, as it may be something that can be fixed at home without expense. There may be forum answers for a similar problem.

Most people know someone who is a bit of a ‘techie’. They would ask their friends or colleagues.

Next might be the manufacturer’s website where there may be a technical support section including updated driver downloads etc.

If ‘home help’ doesn’t fix the problem, then a local computer repair shop would be an option. If none is known, then a search for one either online or using Yellow Pages might provide the answer.

If the machine is still under warranty, then returning it to the local seller or manufacturer direct may be required.
